3 Engineers Suspended After Soon-Opening Gujarat Bridge Collapse

“Prima facie investigation suggests that low quality material was used in the construction of the bridge and therefore CM Bhupendra Patel decided to crack down on the officers involved and suspended three officers,” the government statement said. “The government also decided to blacklist. Akshay Construction (Surat) participated in the construction of the bridge and started the process to recover the amount from the agency.”
