Tesco to make major change in 329 stores – for a limited time

Supermarket giant, Tesco, is making a major change to 329 of its stores. Shoppers are happy to see the change with customers taking to social media to share their delight.

Tesco has introduced 11 new updates to its café menu, bringing in brunch dishes such as Turkish-style eggs and smoked salmon bagel plates. But, it will only be available until March 23.

The new updates will be available nationwide, but only for a short time.

Tesco’s cafés are in hundreds of its stores across the country. They will now offer matcha lattes and a caesar chicken flatbread, among other modern options.

Other items on the new menu include a rhubarb crumble shake, a honeycomb latte, and a blood orange spritz.

Tesco announced some items on the new menu on Instagram, with commenters praising the change.

One person penned: “UNREAL”.

Another wrote: “Wow this sounds delicious.”

This is not the first time Tesco has updated its menu, with popular seasonal changes such as autumn hot chocolates and strawberry matchas.

Other changes have included smashed avocado on toasted sourdough and egg and chilli jam brioche rolls.

The new items, Turkish eggs and garlic mushroom mac and cheese, show Tesco is keeping up with modern food trends.

A Tesco spokesperson told Metro the new menu is “full of vibrant options to brighten up the winter months”.
