A huge fire has erupted in Neasden close to Wembley Stadium, with 20 fire engines and around 125 firefighters rushing to tackle the blaze. London Fire Brigade said its Control Room received more than 70 calls reporting the fire on Hannah Close, with the first coming at 11.34am.
Crews from Wembley, Park Royal, Willesden and surrounding fire stations have been mobilised to the scene as a large amount of smoke billows from the blaze.
The Brigade said: “Residents in the immediate area should close doors and windows, remaining inside where possible, due to the large amount of smoke being produced.”
The cause of the fire is not yet known.
