Man taken to hospital after yachts collide near Cronulla

A man is believed to have suffered a spinal injury following the collision near Cronulla.

A man has suffered a suspected spinal injury after two yachts collided near Cronulla, in Sydney’s south.

Three ambulance crews responded just after 2pm on Saturday.

It is understood the yachts collided roughly a kilometre off a wharf.

The man was transported to hospital in a stable condition.
