At an Aspen Ski Resort, These Influencers Aren’t Welcome

A high-end ski resort operator has a message for a luxurious retailer: Hold your influencers off our slopes. 

Aspen Snowboarding, which owns 4 Colorado resorts, is suing Excellent Second, saying the vendor of $990 ski jackets posts pictures of fashions and influencers carrying its outfits at Aspen Snowboarding resorts on social media. The resort operator mentioned the posts present its logos and buildings, complicated prospects by making it seem to be the businesses are linked.
