Jan 5 (Reuters) – Australia’s Telix Prescribed drugs stated on Friday it was planning an preliminary public providing in the USA and itemizing on the Nasdaq.

The corporate, nonetheless, didn’t disclose the variety of American Depositary Shares to be issued or a timeline for the itemizing.

“There may be no assurance as to the incidence, timing, pricing and/or completion of such an providing or itemizing,” the corporate stated.
