On Tuesday, Aditya Narayan took to his Instagram account and shared a meme. Along with it, he penned a lengthy note that read: “Before anyone rushes in, let me inform all my well-wishers that I am absolutely fine. I am on a digital break, happily spending time with my daughter, wife, parents and loved ones, as well as putting the finishing touches on my debut album ‘Saansein’.Why did I delete all the Instagram posts?Because it’s like my digital canvas, and I wish to erase my previous traces and start over, like starting a new painting. I’m also a firm believer that one should, from time to time, disconnect from our current social boundaries, spend time with oneself and look within, because that’s where I’ve gotten the deepest insights in life.”
He added: “Good health is only possible if it is multidimensional. Physical, mental and spiritual. I aspire to lead a healthy life and feel that it is time to go back to school. I wish to acquire new skills and hone old ones along with some trivial activities. In short, spend more time in the real world, and not in this digital bubble that so many of us have made real. It’s as simple as that. See you in July.”
