After an explosive start from the Geelong that saw them extend their lead to 40 points early in the first quarter, the Bulldogs lifted and are back in the game.
The Cats struggled to move the ball out of their back half in the latter part of the second quarter with Tom Stewart out of the game with a concussion.

Unfortunately for the Bulldogs, they could not make them pay only kicking three goals in a dominant patch.
But this game is alive with the Bulldogs certain to charge home as they win more of the ball and put Geelong under pressure.
The margin is just four goals and the contest is tight.
