The highly-anticipated adidas YEEZY SLIDE ‘Onyx’ has officially received a release date: March 7. According to the company, the new version of the slide will launch alongside a ‘Pure’ colorway restock.
The new expansion of the YEEZY SLIDE series sees the brand focusing on new tonal-heavy looks. As a result, the ‘Onyx’ version of the stylish sandal dons an all-black colorway. However, aside from the updated color scheme, the slide’s design will remain the same, still boasting a unique EVA foam slipper and chunky yet lightweight construction.
It is safe to assume that — like YEEZY’s other footwear drops — the adidas YEEZY SLIDE ‘Onyx’ will sell out fast, allowing it to become a valuable collector’s item despite its totally reasonable price tag of $60 USD.
