Officials have confirmed at least two flood-related deaths in Vermont.

On Thursday night, crews in Lyndonville, Vermont, found the body of a driver who was swept away on a flooded roadway.

Onlookers tried to wave the man down, but police believe he thought the people were just being friendly.
