For the uninitiated, Avika has confessed that she was approached for Salman Khan’s latest film, Someone’s brother, someone’s life. during his interaction with Siddharth Kanan. In fact, Avika also stated that she was confirmed for the role and that she got the paperwork done as well. She claimed: “We just got a call that they’re going ahead with someone else.” She further added that it happened a day before she signed on for the film.
As the conversation progressed, the 25-year-old actress explained that she was worried and hoped this would happen. She said, “I had faced something similar with the same team where two weeks before the movie they called and said they cast someone else. But this happens.” When she was asked if she was talking about the protagonist of Ayush Sharma AntimAvika nodded.
Continuing the interaction, Avika added: “At the end of the day, it’s your decision and that’s okay. They must have had their reasons, they know better.” When she was asked if the episode hurt her, Avika replied: “Yes, I am human. Of course, you get that ‘I wish this didn’t happen the second time’ feeling. But I think it was meant to be.”
Concluding her opinion, Avika said: “I’m not saying that what they did was wrong because, at the end of the day, they also have to choose wisely. They have to take calls to find out who is best for their movie and who they move on with.”
Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan was released on April 21 this year. In addition to Salman, Farhad Samji’s stellar directing cast includes Pooja Hegde, Venkatesh, Bhumika Chawla, Raghav Juyal, Jassie Gill, Siddharth Nigam, Shehnaaz Gill, Tanikella Bharani and Jagapathi Babu.
