Biden and Xi to set tone for superpower ties in nation home summit

SAN FRANCISCO — U.S. President Joe Biden and Chinese language President Xi Jinping arrived in San Francisco on Tuesday for a carefully watched assembly that would set the tone for future ties between the two superpowers.
