US President Joe Biden will hold a video call with Russian President Vladimir Putin on Tuesday.

The pair will discuss Americaâ€™s concerns about Russiaâ€™s military escalation at the Ukraine border as well as strategic stability, cyber and regional issues.

It is expected bilateral ties will also be discussed.
