The border between NSW and Victoria will close from tomorrow night, after talks between the two states’ Premiers and Prime Minister Scott Morrison.
Premier Daniel Andrews is expected to make the announcement at 10.45 on Monday morning.
This would mark the first time in 100 years the border has been closed, and comes after Victoria announced its second-worst day of coronavirus cases on Saturday, with 108 new cases, and locked down two public housing towers in Melbourne.
More to come.
