Crime scene tape is up and and a North Portland overpass over I-5 is closed after an apparent shooting Friday morning.
According to dispatch logs, Portland Police and Fire Medics were both dispatched to the call on the Skidmore overpass at 3:16 A-M.
KATU photojournalist Evan Bell said police were searching the area with flashlights.
According to broadcastify scanner traffic, medics were sent in to treat a victim shortly after arriving.
