BREAKING: State police arrest 11 Loyalsock sex spa customers

Loyalsock, Pa. — Eleven men, hailing from Bradford to West Virginia, have been arrested for allegedly having sex with human trafficking victims at a local spa.

State police have arrested the following men on charges of patronizing victims of sexual servitude and prostitution after a multi-month investigation of the Green Spa & Massage at 1208 River Ave., Loyalsock Township:

• Mark Bletz, 59, Jersey Shore
• Ian Hoffman, 35, Bradford
• Colin Jacobs, 25, Jim Thorpe
• Austin Steele, 30, Vienna, WV
• Mark Harding, 59, Williamsport
• Justin Lutz, 49, Williamsport
• Lamar Ploppert, 54, Williamsport
• Robert Streams, 43, Blairsville
• Scott Gunter, 55, Bradford
• Ryan Williams, 45, Mill Hall
• Justin Carpenter, 46, Gillet

Each were charged on Aug. 3 and are scheduled for arraignment on Aug. 5 at 9 a.m. before Judge William C. Solomon.
