Mr Pex revealed that he had one electronic mail from Chris, a former British soldier, who felt compelled to journey to Israel to struggle, having fallen in love with Israel and been baptised within the River Jordan.
“I’m right here feeling powerless and actually wanting to return out to assist with the warfare,” Chris wrote. “I really feel prefer it’s my responsibility as an ex british [sic] navy who served my nation again in 2007 to provide my help on this horrible time of want. I do hope to assist and sit up for listening to from you.”
Mr Pex mentioned that whereas such people might not qualify to struggle, they might help in different methods as volunteers.
In the meantime, Moriah Mencer, a former IDF soldier, posted on her TikTok account that she was returning to Israel from London Heathrow Airport. In an emotional account Ms Mencer described how she was “speeding again” to Israel with the information that her associates have been lacking, whereas one other had been murdered in her dwelling.
The Overseas Workplace has warned British nationals in opposition to all however important journey to Israel and the Occupied Palestinian Territories.
