BT is giving away access to Netflix and Sky TV for just £1, but incredible streaming deal ends in 48 hours

Like the latest Sky Glass deals, there’s no satellite dish required with EE TV. Everything is beamed over a Wi-Fi connection, so there’s no need to worry about positioning your telly in a specific spot for the aerial — you can stream from anywhere in your home.

If you already have a Netflix subscription, EE TV lets you easily transfer your viewing history and ratings so you’re not starting from scratch. Netflix recently increased subscription prices in the UK, so this EE TV package is a brilliant chance to avoid the latest £1-£2 price hike.

Netflix Standard with Ads now costs £5.99 per month on its own. EE TV streams exclusive channels like Sky Atlantic, Sky Max, Sky Comedy, Sky History live and on-demand via a NOW Entertainment membership, which is worth £9.99 when bought separately.

What exactly do you get for your pound? You’ll receive access to popular channels including Sky Atlantic, Sky Showcase, Sky Crime, Sky Witness, Sky Max and Sky Documentaries — perfect for catching shows like Succession, Euphoria, and The Day Of The Jackal.

As mentioned above, Netflix Standard with Adverts is included, alongside Discovery+ for even more content. You’ll be able to watch everything included in these catalogues on the big screens, or download mobile apps to stream from anywhere.

You’ll also get a free EE TV box to watch everything on. EE will also throw in 6 months of Apple TV+ too, so you can binge-watch exclusive series like Severance, Bad Sisters, Slow Horses, Silo and Ted Lasso, as well as original films, including The Gorge, Wolfs, and Killers Of The Flower Moon.

After the promotional period ends, you’ll pay £46.99 per month for full-fibre broadband and telly.

You’ll have two choices for your EE TV box.

The EE TV Pro Box is a 4K/HDR device that works with YouView, letting you record programmes and access Freeview channels — without an aerial. Alternatively, you can choose the EE-branded Apple TV 4K box, which was unveiled as part of a major overhaul to the EE brand at the end of 2023.

Both boxes let you stream all your included services, though the Pro Box offers recording features that Apple TV doesn’t. You can switch between different TV packages every 30 days during your contract, so you could have entertainment channels for a few months, then switch to sports when football season really heats up.

When you add an EE TV Entertainment to your basket, you’ll be given the choice to pick between any of these set-top boxes.

All of these boxes support streamers like Prime Video, Apple TV+, Disney+, BBC iPlayer, and ITVX.

Before you sign up, it’s worth knowing that you’ll need a 24-month contract for both TV and broadband. The deal expires on September 25, 2025, so you haven’t got too long to think it over.
