Car crashes into Newburg home; 1 person taken to hospital

LOUISVILLE, Ky. —

A car crashed into a home in Newburg Thursday afternoon, sending one person to the hospital.

LMPD said officers responded to the 5400 block of Revere Drive around 2:55 p.m. They were called to the area after receiving reports of a car hitting a home.

Police said one person was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, and EMS is at the scene.

They have not said what caused the crash.

LMPD is investigating.
