Auricio Pochettino is ready to announce the changes as Chelsea meet Brighton in the Carabao Cup tonight.
Cole Palmer could make his full debut for the club, while a fellow debutant, goalkeeper Djordje Petrovic, is expected to replace No.1 Robert Sánchez on Wednesday night.
Armando Broja may also start to return from injury coming off the bench in the 1-0 home defeat to Aston Villa.
Mauricio Pochettino is excited about the return of the Albanian international striker as Nicholas Jackson fails in front of the goal. After Sunday’s game he said: “It was good to see Broja again after nine or ten months.
“It gives us the possibility of having different options and those possibilities are good for the team. But you also need to gain confidence.”
Jackson is available, however, despite picking up his fifth yellow card in six Premier League games. He will serve his suspension against Fulham on Monday, but Malo Gusto is banned for three matches in all competitions after receiving a straight red card for serious foul play at the weekend.
With Reece James also injured, Axel Disasi is first in line to play at right back until his return. The benefit of an extra day of recovery against Fulham will likely lead to a greater workload for the defender as a selection crisis takes hold.
Wesley Fofana, Benoit Badiashile, Romeo Lavia, Christopher Nkunku, Carney Chukwuemeka, Trevoh Chalobah and Marcus Bettinelli are injured.
Pochettino’s ability to rotate his team is limited by his nine absences, but Ben Chilwell, Lesley Ugochukwu, Marc Cucurella and Noni Madueke could rotate in the starting line-up.
The likely selection of Ugochukwu will give Enzo a chance to get some much-needed rest.
Striker Deivid Washington, 18, could be among the substitutes and could make his debut after scoring against Manchester City U21 in a recent Premier League 2 victory.
Chelsea XI prediction: Petrović; Disasi, Thiago Silva, Colwill, Cucurella; Ugochukwu, Gallagher; Madueke, Palmer, Chilwell; jackson
Injuries: James, Lavia, Vaca, Chukwuemeka, Chalobah, Badiashile, W. Flying, Bettinelli
