The ministry of inside has constituted a 5-member high-level committee to analyze the matter, as per a notification.
The committee might be headed by the Director Common of Passport and Immigration, and can embody representatives from Federal Investigation Company (FIA), inside ministry and Nationwide Database and Registration Authority (NADRA).
Assistant director admin might be secretary of the committee, the notification mentioned.
The panel will examine the lapses within the issuance of passports and decide the accountability of the FIA and different establishments concerned.

The committee has been given 15 days to submit its report back to the ministry.
