Prime Minister Narendra Modi and US President Joe Biden, at a private dinner, discussed ways to “deepen and diversify” the partnership between the two countries. In their over 50-minute talks, Prime Minister Modi and Mr Biden discussed defense partnership, nuclear energy cooperation, artificial intelligence and emerging technologies like 6G.
The two leaders also expressed confidence that the outcomes of the G20 Summit will advance the shared goals of accelerating sustainable development, strengthening multilateral cooperation, and building consensus around inclusive economic policies to address the biggest global challenges.
After the meeting, Biden tweeted: “Today, and throughout the G20, we will affirm that the US-India partnership is stronger, closer, and more dynamic than at any time in history.”

Indian government sources said that during the meeting, Prime Minister Modi conveyed his appreciation for President Biden’s vision and commitment to further strengthen “the India-US Comprehensive Global Strategic Partnership, which is based on shared democratic values, strategic convergences and strong people”. ties between people”.
