Desperate search for ‘non-verbal’ missing boy, 3, last seen in playground

Police are continuing to search for a missing three-year-old boy who vanished in Suffolk on Tuesday afternoon.

Noah was last seen running down an alleyway to a newbuild housing estate on Merriam Close in Brantham at around 3pm, Suffolk Police said. Noah is autistic, partially deaf, and non-verbal, meaning he is unlikely to respond to his name being called, officers warned.

Noah is described as white with curly ginger hair. He was wearing a Bluey t-shirt, shorts, and white trainers at the time.

More than 100 people joined the search to locate Noah last night, and police said they are ‘overwhelmed’ by the public support. In the latest police update, Superintendent Pete Partridge said: “We are very concerned for Noah’s welfare and need to find him as a matter of urgency.

“A vast number of resources have been deployed by ourselves, our emergency services colleagues and volunteers from SULSAR. These resources have been bolstered by members of the public who have turned out in large numbers to assist and we are incredibly grateful for their help and support.”
