‘Dilbert’ Creator Digs A Deeper Hole With Wild New Claim About ‘Black America’

Scott Adams, disgraced creator of the “Dilbert” comic strip, made his controversy over racism much worse when he defended himself in a new interview.

“It’s almost entirely white people who canceled me, it could be entirely, because they own the publishing houses and the newspapers,” he told NewsNation. Chris Cuomo in an interview on monday.

“Black America is completely fine, both conservative and liberal, if you look at the context,” he added, citing people who contacted him about the fiasco.

He also claimed that the comments were “hyperbolic” and that he was “intentionally stirring up controversy” to gain attention.

Hundreds of publications on the USA Today network, as well as newspapers under the umbrella of Advance Local, The Washington Post and the Los Angeles Times, said they were going to release “Dilbert” last month after Adams said in a live YouTube broadcast:: “The best advice I would give white people is to stay away from blacks”.

“Just fuck off. Wherever you have to go, just walk away,” she said.

Adams, who is white, had previously referred to black people as members of a “hate group” in a controversial comment on social media. He has been frank about his donald trump endorsement and once compared the former president to Jesus. In 2020, when protests over police brutality erupted following the murder of George Floyd in Minneapolis, Adams said the Black Lives Matter movement was a “domestic terrorist organization that is setting race relations back about twenty years.”
