Kaizer Chiefs coach Stuart Baxter celebrated his 100th PSL match at the helm of Amakhosi in Saturday’s Soweto derby against Orlando Pirates.

The 2-1 win was his EIGHTH victory over the Glamour Boys’ bitter rivals – the most success he has enjoyed against any other team in South Africa’s top-flight.
The triumph was Baxter’s first home victory in the Soweto derby having drawn the previous three in his previous spell at Naturena.

Stuart Baxter’s 100 matches – and counting – in charge are the second most in Kaizer Chiefs’ coaching history behind Muhsin Ertugral’s 162.

Kaizer Chiefs are currently in sixth place in the DStv Premiership standings with 15 points after 10 matches thanks to four wins, three draws and three defeats.
Amakhosi will next be in league action away to Maritzburg United on Sunday, 21 November at 17:30.
