The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has announced to hear the foreign funding case of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI) tomorrow.
ECP has issued the notices to PTI and the applicant Babar.
The ECP will bring the report of the scrutiny committee on the day of the case’s hearing. The scrutiny committee had submitted its report on PTI’s foreign funding case to the ECP.
Earlier in September 2021, the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) had reserved a verdict on a plea pertaining to providing documents regarding foreign funding of the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N).
