The Directorate of Enforcement (ED) on Sunday carried out searches at several locations in Kolkata as part of its investigation into alleged land grabbing and financial fraud cases linked to fugitive criminal ‘Sona Pappu’, agency sources said.
Three premises were searched in Kolkata in continuation of last week’s searches in connection with the Sona Pappu and Jay Kamdar case by the anti-money laundering agency.
Those searched included businessmen Kalyan Shukla and Sanjay Kanodia, sources said.
