Emergency fire burning in Busselton, WA

An emergency warning has been issued for a bushfire burning in the city of Busselton in WA, two and a half hours from Perth.

The warning is in place for people in southern parts of Meelup Regional Park in Naturaliste and Dunsborough. 

The fire started at the intersection of Curtis Bay Beach in Dunsborough and there is a threat to lives and homes. 

Residents are warned to leave now for a safer place if the way is clear.
