KOLKATA, Nov 11 (Reuters) – Present champions England ended their dismal World Cup marketing campaign with a 93-run victory over Pakistan on Saturday, denying the 1992 champions the miracle they wanted to make it to the final 4 of the showpiece 50-overs event.
