EU involved by North Korea arming Russia: overseas coverage chief

TOKYO — North Korea might face “penalties” from the European Union for supplying arms to Russia, the bloc’s overseas coverage chief Josep Borrell mentioned in an interview, hinting at potential motion equivalent to sanctions towards Pyongyang. 

Japan, the U.S. and South Korea lately issued a joint assertion saying that they had confirmed that North Korea equipped navy tools and ammunition to Russia a number of occasions.
