Two buses have collided on a busy Sydney street, leaving five injured.

Emergency services were called to the intersection of Anzac Parade and High Street in Kensington, in Sydney’s east, about 4.15pm.

Paramedics treated five people at the scene, including a 25-year-old woman suffering serious head injuries.

Anzac Parade is blocked southbound, while northbound traffic is congested
