He also blamed them for the treatment of his assistant Shehbaz Gill, who he claimed was tortured in court custody.
The PTI Chairman was booked under the Pakistan Penal Code (PPC) and the Anti-Terrorism Act (ATA).
Khan, the 70-year-old former cricketer-turned-politician, has been a strong critic of state institutions after a failed attempt by police to arrest him at his residence in the Zaman Park area of Lahore over the weekend.
He was ousted from power in April last year after losing a vote of no confidence in his leadership, which he claimed was part of a US-led conspiracy against him because of his independent foreign policy decisions on Russia, China and Afghanistan. .
