Conway shared the mocking record on X, previously Twitter, in response to Rep. Greg Steube’s (R-Fla.) reward of latest Home Speaker Mike Johnson’s (R-La.) sturdy Christian religion, which critics worry will impression the working of the Home.
The commandments are “to be posted in all Members’ places of work per order of the Speaker,” Conway joked.
The primary commandment learn: “Thou shalt don’t have any different gods earlier than me, besides thou shalt followeth thy Orange Jesus over any ethical cliff.”
The fourth mocked Rep. Lauren Boebert’s (R-Colo.) “Beetlejuice” controversy: “Bear in mind the sabbath day, to maintain it holy, except thou attendeth a musical manufacturing in Denver.”
The eighth ridiculed Trump’s bogus 2020 election fraud claims and alleged mishandling of categorized paperwork: “Thou shalt not steal, except thou needeth to stealeth one moreth than a sure variety of standard votes or except thou can hideth thy stollen paperwork at thy lavatory in thy resort.”
Johnson was elected this week following three weeks of Republican infighting after the ousting of Rep. Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) from the management function.
