Globus tells travel advisors ‘We’ve Got U’ in trade campaign

The Globus family of brands has launched a new portal and education platform for travel advisors, along with a B2B ad campaign that highlights the importance of advisors to Globus’ business.

The campaign’s slogan is “We’ve Got U.”

Globus chief sales officer Camille Olivere said the messaging “showcases the fact that travel advisors are at the center of everything we do. Together, we make an unbeatable team delivering experiences of a lifetime to our clients.” 

The company is backing up its words with new tools.

Olivere called its new and improved Travel Advisor Portal “a one-stop-shop to explore next-generation river cruising options and a dozen styles of touring, in more than 70 countries, on six continents.” Globus’ brands are tour operators Globus and Cosmos, and river cruise line Avalon Waterways.

For the first time, advisors can share itinerary options directly with clients via a new co-branding feature that Olivere described as providing “a personal call-to-action” that will help advisors boost sales.

Globus said the new portal’s updated design and user interface make for “an improved and more intuitive advisor experience.” Globus also said it’s “easier than ever for advisors to search for the perfect itinerary for a client’s specific interests and needs.”

The portal enables advisors to book and manage client reservations, including access to all necessary documentation.

Advisors also have access to marketing materials and product information.

The company has also launched GFOB U, a new educational platform that “unites background information with core, educational components, creating a holistic — and harmonious — learning environment.”
