Steve Doocy from “fox and friends” pointed out that the contest between the two main presidential contenders of the Republican Party for 2024 broke the “11th commandmentfrom “You shall not speak ill of another Republican”, Mediaite reported.
“Trump doesn’t like these things you shouldn’t do,” Graham said with a laugh on “Fox & Friends.” “That’s not his thing.”
However, Graham still advised Trump to stay positive.
“The bottom line is, I think, if I were Trump, which I am not, I would have four years of being a pretty effective president. The best is yet to come. I would say ‘DeSantis, I picked him out of a crowd.’ He knew that he had talent from the beginning. I’m the guy who saw the talent. He’s been a great governor, but I’m better suited to be president,’” Graham said.
“But that’s not going to happen,” added the senator.
DeSantis, who has yet to declare his candidacy, riled Trump this week by saying he would personally do so. I don’t know how to pay “hush money” to a “porn star.” It was interpreted as a dismissive nod to the Stormy Daniels bribery case threatening Trump with impeachment.
Trump, who has been calling the Florida governor “Ron DeSanctimonious” for some time, responded with a screenshot that spread an unfounded rumor that DeSantis drank with underage girls when he was a high school teacher.
