A video of a groom presenting a picture of former Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan to his bride on their wedding day has surfaced online. The short clip has gone viral with social media users dissecting and bisecting the episode by calling it a “common occurrence” at Pakistani weddings.
As seen in the video, the couple posed on the stage as the groom brought out a gift wrapped in blue for his bride. He unwrapped the gift for her as she was delighted to receive what appeared to be great surprise: a framed picture of Imran Khan.
Both the bride as well as the groom flashed million dollar smiles as there was flower shower with guests loudly cheering during the particular moment.

The viral video, meanwhile, has divided the internet with several sections slamming the couple amid myriad opinions. Certain social media users reiterated that such a scenario has often been witnessed at wedding celebrations in Pakistan.
For instance, Shadab, an X (formerly Twitter) user, posted a similar video in December 2023 as his brother received a picture of Imran Khan as a gift on his wedding day.
