Gustavsson coaxes Matildas veteran out of retirement for Asian Cup

“Her expected goals and assists is the best in the league, she has the most key passes in the league so far, she has the most one-on-one dribbling in the league so far,” Gustavsson said. “She was in consideration for a camp much earlier last year but because of an injury she couldn’t come in.”

Captain Sam Kerr will lead the squad while key players Steph Catley, Ellie Carpenter, Emily van Egmond, Caitlin Foord, Kyah Simon and Mary Fowler are all included.
