Fox News host Sean Hannity on Wednesday he faced the governor of California. Gavin Newsom about accepting the Democratic nomination for president, prompting a lively exchange. (Watch the video below).
“Under any circumstances, yes or no, will you ever accept the Democratic nomination to run for president in 2024, under any circumstances?” That’s yes or no,” Hannity asked Newsom at Wednesday’s Republican debate in California.
Hannity comically continued to press, despite receiving an “of course not” and a “no!” of Newsom.
Hannity: Bass any circumstances?
Newsom: It’s ridiculous. Joe Biden is our president.
Hannity: Are you calling me ridiculous?
Newsom: He is going to win this re-election.
