IMF Board to Meet Jan. 11 on Pakistan’s Mortgage Program

The Worldwide Financial Fund’s government board will meet Jan. 11 to think about remaining approval to disburse the following $700 million tranche from its present mortgage program, in accordance with a spokeswoman.

Pakistan final month reached a staff-level settlement with the IMF for the cost, beneath its current $3 billion bailout package deal, and the board sometimes approves such offers.
