CHARLOTTE — The Panthers are mixing issues up on offense this week as they attempt to spark one thing after they have the ball.
Extensive receiver Terrace Marshall Jr. leads this week’s checklist of inactives, the one mildly sudden title due to accidents and numbers at different positions.
With Laviska Shenault Jr. again after lacking the final three video games with an ankle harm and Mike Strachan elevated for the week after catching a 45-yard shot at Chicago per week in the past, the Panthers opted for another choices elsewhere on the roster as an alternative of protecting Marshall up as a seventh receiver.
The remainder of the inactives had been pretty predictable, as rookie backup offensive linemen Ricky Lee and Nash Jensen joined the checklist with three guys already declared out due to harm.
That group contains tight finish Hayden Hurst, cornerback CJ Henderson, and out of doors linebacker Marquis Haynes Sr..
With Henderson out and Jaycee Horn but to be activated, the Panthers will begin Dicaprio Bootle at cornerback reverse Donte Jackson.
They did activate linebacker Tae Davis, who signed this week for particular groups depth.
