India, EU signal MoU on semiconductors

India and the European Union have signed a Memorandum of Understanding on semiconductors that covers cooperation in areas akin to analysis and innovation, expertise improvement, partnerships and change of market info, the Exterior Affairs Ministry mentioned Friday.
