India to partially resume visas for Canadians amid diplomatic spat

NEW DELHI — India will resume some visa providers for Canadians, greater than a month after a worldwide suspension amid strained ties over the killing of a Sikh separatist in British Columbia.

New Delhi’s mission in Ottawa introduced the change, which takes impact Thursday.
