India Walton claimed victory over Byron Brown in the Democratic primary for Mayor of Buffalo on June 22. Video filmed at the campaign watch party at the Poize nightclub in Buffalo shows supporters clapping, cheering, and yelling, “this is what democracy looks like!” Walton is attempting to take the Democratic line from Mayor Brown, who is seeking his fifth term in power.
