BENGALURU, Nov 16 (Reuters) – Indian two-wheeler maker TVS Motor (TVSM.NS) on Thursday stated it could enter the European market by means of an import-and-distribution settlement with Emil Frey.
TVS stated in a press release the Switzerland-based agency would distribute eight fashions, together with the iQube S electrical scooter and Apache RR 310 motorbike, beginning with France in January 2024.
TVS has been increasing its retail presence in export markets throughout southeast Asia and even the United Arab Emirates over the previous few years.
The corporate’s share of two-wheeler exports has been steadily rising. TVS exports shaped 15% of the whole in fiscal 2022, 21% in fiscal 2023 and stands at 24% from April-October this fiscal yr, business knowledge confirmed.
