IPL 2023 Play-offs Scenarios: With the top four race intensifying, a loss on Tuesday could hurt Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) and Mumbai Indians (MI)’s chances of securing the play-off place in the Indian Premier League (IPL) of this year.
With two games each on their hands, both LSG and MI have an equal chance of qualifying for the next round.
Bombay Indians they are third in the points table with 14 points and with one point less from the same number of games, LSG clings to fourth place. Both teams will be looking to get out of the danger zone as there are eight teams left in contention for the play-offs.

With four wins in their last five games, the Mumbai Indians have proven themselves. Wins in their last two matches will guarantee them a top two finish. If they lose one and finish in 16th, they will rely on other results to qualify. They will face Lucknow on Tuesday and sunrises hyderabad at home in Mumbai Indians.

Mumbai being Mumbai started slowly losing two matches. Returning to form, MI won the next three games, but lost track again, losing two. Now they are back in form, winning four of their last five matches.
