Israel says attack on Iran will be precise and lethal

Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant said Wednesday that Israel’s eventual military response to Iran “will be lethal, precise and especially surprising.”

Iran attacked Israel with missiles Oct. 1 in an “aggressive” assault that “failed because they were inaccurate,” Gallant said during a visit to Israel Defense Force Intelligence Unit 9900, which is responsible for collecting visual intelligence.

“They won’t understand what happened and how,” he said of the coming Israeli response, adding that “the entire chain of command is in line and focused around this issue.”
