Jack Osbourne reflects on mom’s possible ‘paranormal’ medical scare

Jack Osborne he is not saying His mother’s mysterious medical scare. and the subsequent hospitalization was caused by a dangerous and angry paranormal force, but he doesn’t rule out that possibility either.

The TV personality sat down with ET’s Denny Directo on Wednesday and recalled the terrifying incident that led to Sharon Osborne being rushed to the hospital for a mysterious ailment That disappeared almost as quickly as it came..

“It was actually the first time my mom accompanied me on an investigation,” Jack said, recounting how he had tried to get his mom to come film a segment. with him for his show, Jack Osbourne’s The Night of Terrorfor some time, but their schedules never worked until that fateful day.

“We were lucky that there was a break in her schedule and she said, ‘Great, I’ll do it,'” Jack said. “And then I regret having her…it was twisted.”

At the location where they had been filming that day, the Glen Tavern Inn in Santa Paula, California, Jack said that “there had been reports that we were in this room with some kind of strange evil entity.”

“The medium we took the tour said, ‘This thing hates women.’ And what happened was we were almost wrapped up for the night and we said, ‘Hey, let’s do one more experiment right before we go to bed.’ There was a little time left, so, ‘Mom, go into the room, put a blindfold on, sit quietly, ask questions and see what happens,'” Jack shared.

“And something strange happened. I can’t explain what happened to her,” he said, explaining that Sharon didn’t exactly pass out, but that her pulse dropped rapidly, her breathing became shallow and she became unresponsive.

“To tell you the truth, I thought I had some kind of stroke, some kind of aneurysm or something,” he said. “But when they took her to the hospital, they ran every test imaginable and found nothing wrong with her.”

Curiously, Jack remembered how Sharon almost seemed to know something bad was going to happen, although she probably didn’t realize that her flippant prediction would look like what was going to happen.

“The funny thing was, before we walked into the room, she was a little tired. It had been a long shoot, of course. And she said, ‘Oh, they’re going to possess me so we can go home.'” ‘” she said, adding that when Sharon started getting sick, she “thought she was joking.”

“My cameraman was in the room with her and he radioed me on the walkie and said, ‘Hey, I don’t know what’s going on.’ And he’s the camera operator and director of photography that I’ve used on about 95 percent. percent of all the paranormal shows I’ve ever done, so he knows. He’s seen things. He’s experienced himself,” Jack said. “And he said, ‘You have to go in. I don’t know what’s going on.'”

Jack shared that the same could That can basically be said for all the doctors who examined Sharon. in the days following the incident.

“The doctor said, ‘That’s not a faint, so I have no idea, medically, what it is,'” Jack said, explaining how he had shown the doctor the footage of his mother’s medical scare. “All the top neurologists and cardiologists and everyone at St. John’s said, ‘We don’t know what this is.’ So I don’t know… (and) she doesn’t know.”

“She just says, ‘I have no idea what happened.’ She just remembers sitting in the room, putting the blindfold on, and her next memory is her and the ambulance,” Jack shared.

As for the footage itself, Jack explained that it’s “strange” and difficult to watch play out.

“It’s hard to watch it again, because you think, ‘That’s my mom, she’s not doing very well.’ But it’s interesting from an investigation standpoint, because I think it’s really interesting paranormal evidence,” Jack said. “What happened in that room with her has clearly defied medical science. They don’t know what it is, they don’t know why it happened, they don’t know what caused it.”

“However, it is difficult to watch,” he added.

Fortunately for everyone involved, it appears that whatever caused the medical scare did not cause any lasting harm to Sharon. Jack, laughing, explained: “She was fine. She was shopping two days later.”

While Sharon ultimately left safely, Jack said the experience “100 percent” changed his thought process about pursuing paranormal investigations in the future.

“I’ve always been the kind of paranormal investigator who said, ‘Man, I don’t know about evil things. I think it’s all, you know, a human view of things. It’s very rooted in Judeo-Christian beliefs about good.’ and evil, heaven, hell. I always thought it was us who printed,” he said. “But I don’t know. It’s definitely impacted me the way I look at these things and made me realize that it’s not just fun and games.”

He has also changed his future plans to incorporate members of his family. Jack explained that his sister, Kelly OsborneAlthough he accompanied him on some investigations months after his mother’s scare, he is not likely to take Sharon to more haunted places.

“I will never bring my mother to investigations again,” Jack said. “I think it’s fair. We were one and done, right? (So) if that doesn’t convince her, I don’t know what else she’ll need.”
