A $5,000 bond was set Wednesday for a Jefferson County man accused of breaking multiple windows at an apartment in Wabbaseka Tuesday.
Jefferson County District Judge Kim Bridgforth set the bond after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge Tommy Welch, 56, with first-degree criminal mischief.
According to a probable cause affidavit, sheriff’s investigators were notified of a felony criminal mischief incident just after 10 p.m.
Welch was ordered to have no contact with the victim and told to come back to court Feb. 23.
