Journey company homeworker agency Journey Counsellors has acquired journey know-how platform Planisto, together with its improvement workforce.

Along with strengthening Journey Counsellors’ expertise and tech, he stated the acquisition will assist speed up its improvement roadmap for its digital platform, Phenix, and, in flip, enhance the shopper reserving expertise.
Planisto is a cloud-native know-how, proprietary platform that permits journey advisors to construct and handle itineraries which can be personalised for his or her clientele, which Journey Counsellors believes will complement its current digital property.
The deal, the phrases of which weren’t disclosed, follows Journey Counsellors’ November announcement of a £15 million funding meant for tech improvement, notably on personalization software program via its Phenix platform.
And the acquisition marks Journey Counsellors’ second ever – with its first in March of final 12 months when it acquired Holidaysplease.
