Kangana, who has expressed her political views on social media, claimed that the ad was politically motivated and that BMC was trying to intimidate her. After the incident, Ella Kangana had demanded compensation of Rs 2 crore from BMC, citing that the demolition of her bungalow was carried out illegally.

I don’t want anyone who has abused taxpayer money… I don’t want any more compensation, that’s fine.”
